That estimate looks spot on Tong.

I can't remember what time during the season I pulled William O'Neill, but he was a 17yo with 4 week talent. I think I pulled him late in the season though, which would make that estimate about right (given that he'll train faster whilst 17 than O'Neill did while he was 21, drum might be slightly better at the end of 21, but O'Neill has been quite fortunate with injuries)

Thanks for making the decision so difficult :p. Now I'm going to have to consider whether to keep him and eventually train strikers and this is after I just decided to train mids and changed 70% of my team. For now I'm going to go back to tech training as some of my mid trainee's could do with some more.

These juniors graduated while I was away. Couple of good trainees. Trying to get my head around the road ahead training-wise. At a cross-roads with some players.
