you might want to remind me on how to take screenshots again, and where i can put them up without too much of a hassle ;)
Click on "Print screen", which is on your keyboard. Then open "Paint", paste the screenshot. Then save it. Open imageshack.us. Click browse and host it.
Just to elaborate on Vilpu's instructions
If you're using windows.
1) With the talent graph showing press "Print Screen". This is often abbreviated to "Prt Scr" or something similar, just to the right of your function keys (F1, F2... F12) This will put a screenshot of your entire screen onto the clipboard.
2) Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Paint
3) With Paint open press Ctrl + V (the paste shortcut). "Paste" is also available from the "Edit" menu in paint. This should copy your screenshot from earlier into the window. If it doesn't click on your browser and try repeating steps 1) and 3)
4) Then open the "File" menu in Paint, select "Save As". I'd recommend saving it to your desktop or your sokker folder, somewhere you'll remember. I'd also recommend changing the file type to .JPEG as Bitmaps tend to be much larger than you need.
5) There are various hosting sites (such as imageshack) where you can upload an image for free. But worry about that after pulling the player and sharing :P

Ladies and Gents,
I want to train a NAT player. Or atleast train up my part then sell off to someone who will train the remainder. i am tired of training up and selling foreigners (plus I have stuff-all talent in my youth squad in the foreseeable future)
Skmail me if you have a great Australian youth with nice talent.
Looking specifically for DEFs and Defensive-Mids.
However as a DEF trainer I obviously go through cycles of pace and tech. So players needing this can be short-term trained then sold.
--> Money is no issue for the right youth <--
Cometer - if you see something you want me to buy please let me know.

Thats what I like to see, pride in the Australian system
Its why I currently train 5 aussies in def...1 of which has made the NT on a regular basis and the other 4, well I hope atleast one of them gets a decent go at NT level.
Go Agbell haha

Other than the selection of available players it seems to me there isn't an 'Australian system'. We're a small country but we can succeed further with our community spirit and a better effort of trying to get youths in Aussie hands.
I won't start a rant, because I got shut down a few seasons ago when I suggested a system for notifying committed managers when a suitable aussie youth was available, and this is no dig at Cometer and Achmid... just letting people know I want a nice Aussie youth to flog on the training park.

Did you get shut down for it? I thought (well think I thought) that it was a great idea, and I would still be up for it, I have a feeling others were up for it, just nothing official.
