Asunto: Youth players

For me, I find that pace is such a difficult decision. With new players coming through, I now tend to look for young trainees with ~excellent pace, to avoid back-training. Half my team needs a few levels of pace... for the rest, it's useless.

Striker isn't too bad, I hope to train that soon, and you just need to find 6 good trainees.

well compared to other skills, striking is quite frustrating because you can only train 6 instead of 10 ;).

True but one level of striker adds a lot more to their value then one level of pace

Well that was smart of you :p. Not a bad distribution, but for a brilliant you probably could have expected more. Keeper points hurt as did age.

Great junior no complaints there, shame about that solid striker otherwise he would fit my training perfectly. And even with that striker level there, he passes the requirements for my defender trainees

Distribution is quite good for a midfield trainer. Only thing could have been better was striker and pace switched.

Needless to say that if you improved his pace a bit I (and I'm sure others) would be interested in Turnbull.
