Asunto: Youth players

yep gonna train him in pace and tech for probably a season each before selling. fear not, i want money for him :P

Hahaha absolutely hating this, 3 players to pull (formidable 5wk/pop, incredible 4wk/pop, vg 4wk/pop) and came up with pretty much nothing. 2 of the 3 got hit by age, the 3rd got hit by being a keeper. Amazes me none got affected by stamina given the rest of the bad qualities of sokker youth pulls hit me.

Anyway, despite the age they actually had reasonable distributions but are damaged by their ages. Quite disappointed but I suppose it means more money in the bank and the ability to go searching for another quality trainee.

Neill looks alright even with the stamina. I'd strongly consider training him as a midfielder with defending skills (similar to a Baveas type role). Had he been 18 he would have been extremely good but 19 is still reasonable given he's pretty nicely rounded.

Probably best used as a defender with the initial layout of skills. Would need defense/pace/technique over the next 4 seasons though. Yet if you are still training strikers he could be turned into a striker as well with the same core skills in striker/pace/technique.

Your options are therefore to decide whether to keep and train him in your training plans, sell him on to another trainer immediately, or to train him in either pace/technique for a while then sell at a later date to boost the player for potentially extra money.
