May have taken me 12-13 seasons but I'm finally going to pull something higher than an incredible. Have a good 28 currently popping every 3 weeks and has popped more than once already :). So at the worst extreme his talent will be up near 4 weeks and will still come out brilliant whilst at the best extreme an unearthly. The most realistic though is magical :).

Jayanthi looks promising for anyone training strikers. By 24-25 he'll be triple brilliant if he has any reasonable talent which is the only uncertain thing.

I've got an O/S striker on my books who I'm training in pace for the next 4 or 5 weeks and has turned out to be talentless. I might well sell him and see how talented this guy is.
