uh, did anyone else get strange results in this weeks youth school? I had a youth drop in skill, and others go up 2....

That would have been from the introduction of the new youth system which came in about 2-3 days ago. Basically what you now see isn't 100% accurate. The better the youth coach the more accurate you get along with the more junior matches a player plays the more accurate a reading the coach gets on his true level. So consider it like an uncertainty. Those solid last week are still solid this week other than it might show them as adequate or very good.

In other words junior talents and levels are now no longer totally reliable ;).

The strangest result for me was the birth of my solid "goalkeeper"

I find that very amusing. Either position can be estimated wrongly by the coach or there's a bug ;).

I have a brilliant, 4 week talent due out in 3 weeks.My coach says that he is a keeper and he is now the only keeper in my squad so I was tempted to keep him and use him in the junior league instead of promoting him but if that is how your brilliant GK came out then I might have to think again.

Yeah, I was considering leaving this lad in ys to have a 3x excellent[I though so!] GK for ever in junior league. I guess it would be funny to see after seasons of using him that he was only a poor keeper...
