Time to catch up with some juniors I decided to pull today. If there's anyone there that interests you, let me know and we can arrange something ;).

I think it would be easier showing the talent in a set of numbers.

Although I know what you are trying to say with different symbols, it just looks confusing

LOL

Guess when the new system kicked in ;).
2010-03-13 07:11:43
Haha yeah it does, I tried to make it such that double/triple ups/downs are enclosed in brackets. Otherwise it looks even more confusing.

For those who don't like challenges I've added numbers to the youths above.

Far out, what's with this new system?!?!

Is the "average" talent of all the ups and downs still accurate?
2010-03-13 15:52:17
In what sense do you mean? There is no accurate measure now, there is only estimates, albeit some better techniques then others. Playing them every week helps a bit and talent is still able to be estimated but just not to almost 100% accuracy like before.
2010-03-14 04:00:56
This is my brilliant, no idea of talent.

Matthew Demourtzidis, age 18
value: 178 000 AU$
wage: 2 360 AU$
very good form

adequate stamina hopeless keeper
solid pace poor defender
very good technique unsatisfactory playmaker
adequate passing very good striker
2010-03-14 06:42:04
gun, irrespective of talent. Hopefully he's being trained otherwise it's probably best for the U21 NT that you get him to a striker trainer as soon as possible as we're so short of strikers.
2010-03-14 08:54:03
I meant for example: junior A spends 20 weeks, and has a net increase of 5 pops; hence ~4 talent? Won't it be really advantageous if a junior suddenly gets a triple pop on the week he is due out?

I thought it was just my Sokker Organiser playing up with all those double/triple pops/drops, after I had been away for a few months. And I was getting excited when my 16 year old seemed to have 2 talent. :( Shoulda known that was impossible.
