I can't get another goal keeper in my junior school. I leave 2 empty places every week for the last 3 weeks, but I keep recruiting outfielders.

Unless you can't afford it you should leave 6 spaces open every week. That's the maximum that you can take in each week.

If you can afford it do it, it will benefit you long term and help the U21 as well as there will be more chances of landing a good prospect.
