You can always pick better skills yourself, but that is not a bad distribution at all.

With that spread do you think he should be a mid or should he go straight to a striker school?

He's like two incredible pulls in one so he's a bit of a waste of a unearthly from a distribution point of view. And he's 19 as well...

You can't really complain. He came in as a 17 year old. You have to be pretty lucky to nail a 16 year old + talent near 3 + over 30 weeks in the school.

In 19 year olds he is:
3rd best striker
6th best def
10th best mid

A bit of a hodge-podge player with that scatter-gun distribution, but with his talent and a bit of patience he will turn out alright. He has 10% more skill points total than my other 19 year olds I paid a lot of money for. He won't get me much money if I sell him now I don't think. I might have to keep him on principle :) No idea how I would find a space for him though...

he actually looks like ellem when i pulled him, not sure how far back i'd have to trawl for his skills, but he was an incredible youth.

His ranking means little really, he's up there because he's a rounded player.
But he's not an impressive striker or def or mid pull on its own.

That said, if you're not selling you will have a utility player that you can use to plug holes now and there a little bit everywhere. Quite useful really... plus he will fetch a good price when he's 22-23 I'd think.

defender is probably his best chance. Just train up def and pace and you make up 1 year for the age. He'll come close to making the U21's with a season each of def/pace.
