I feel like closing my juniors school...

bad quality or you are sick of not know what the hell is going on?

I just don't enjoy it anymore... It's just painful to manage, watch and see a 74k trainer waste his and my time.
I could save 1.8mil a season by just shutting it down and splash it on the market on proper trainees.

my youth school is still churning out quality juniors every now and then, as it always has since the days of ellem :D

Don`t close, because for a small community like Sokker Australia every user is important. There are users in Eesti who have closed it, even our best club did so. New system might be annoying, but it´s actually quite fun. Now the surprise is even bigger when you pull a junior, because sometimes you get better player than you expect.

I've got an incredible(3) and a formidable(12) that I'm holding on for.

I hardly pay attention to the youth squad games, but as far as youths go I don't think its greatly different from how it used to be, and I still think training up one of your own youth players is one of the most satisfing and motivating things to do in the game.

NB By calculating the max level he could come into school is good, and leaves at very good, then max talent would be 5 if he entered in the first week of the season. (obviously, this is all hard to assume given the new youth system)
