Asunto: Youth players

Cometer has had ridiculous luck with his YS since he switched to midfielders. Its outrageous!

Maybe I'm just good at identifying which players to keep :p.

I tend to get good players in clumps, then go a couple of seasons of mediocrity then pull out another few players. I had top youth pulls before I switched to midfielders but it's been a noticeable improvement since (just patience,luck and good judgement on who to keep)

When you consider that there's more chance of pulling a decent midfielder than defender/striker on the grounds that skills get spread across areas and the only skill not needed for a midfielder is keeper/striker, it made the perfect sense for me to switch. I've had very little need to pick trainees off the transfer list as the majority have come straight from my youth school. Erdogan,O'Donoghue,Macallister,Graham,Richter and now Hewitt. Still Hewitt wasn't the one I was most desperate to pull. Have a 17yo incredible with approx talent of 2.8 coming out in 5 weeks. Talent's obviously not 2.8 but somewhere close enough to 3.
