We all know it did, don't worry they aren't giving you shit, just the system. As the level that appears is only an estimate, he has obviously been under estimated, so is probably more like an outstanding/incredible.

Wouldn't go so far as saying incredible but definitely borderline between formidable and outstanding. Great pull though.

Edit: Probably closer to formidable though given stamina exceptionally low, keeper exceptionally low, usually saves a number of skill points in distribution as 1 level in stamina seems to be weighted heavier than 1 skill in any outfield skill.
