Doesn't mean much if he's not trained properly, or if we happen to produce better pulls in the near future. He's 18.5 effectively, you could possibly end up with a better player from a 16yo formidable when the extra 2 seasons training is included.

Hence why he's an U21 NT certainty but as for making our senior NT side whilst it's a high probability its not a certainty.

With our current pool of youth schools, I wouldn't bet against him making the NT. It's as certain as anything in this game. ;)
Great pull. There's hope for our NT yet, if we can each pull one like him every 3-4 seasons.

That's actually not a bad 16yo, even if it is super-late in the season.

I'd be willing to squeeze him into my squad and take a gamble at 4x average if you decide you wish to sell him. Shouldn't set me back too much either with that. Half the season might be over but it's rare to end up with 16yo's at any stage with that distribution.
