yep the solid +3 means he hasn't popped from solid in 3 weeks. It's the closest measure of talent we can get as talent is a hidden component.

Better would be listing something like

Which would mean that he arrived in your squad at weak bumped to average after 3 weeks, bumped every 5th week after that and was promoted 2 weeks after bumping the 4th time (to solid)

But most people don't pay that much attention to their guys :P

yes that is correct :) i meant to add (but didn't) that people sometimes add how many weeks it takes to pop after the +3 :p. For example solid +3 popping every 5.
