I think it's very important to note every pop, if he get it every let's say 4 weeks, it means that he's talented, so you can train him. I have couple of players which are really good by now pulled from my youth squad.

Yeah, cheers for the tip mate. Been paying more attention to you know, Uni studies and stuff of late, but now im working full time i have more time to waste... So i'm paying closer attention to my current batch.
