Definitely a slot now that Collina is on the market. Will see if he can level up to Agius, although a bit behind right now.

Let’s hope this one is a talent -

Either he isn’t solid or he won’t have a talent under 4. Amazing if he turns out good. Shame you got him now as he will almost come out as a 19yo.

Edit: think he does come out 19

Yes, would've been great if early season, but as long as he's a talent, let's hope so.

Formidable Talent 3.87

Not a bad pull. Great talent. Only a couple of skill points behind number 1 for his age (currently sits at #5 without training).

Will sell as I don't have room to train him

Solid. Talent - not in school long enough to determine

Jeff Souris, age: 17

Not really worth his weight.

Sucks getting a good youth pull towards the end of the season!

I've been tossing around an idea in my head around youths that are scheduled to 'graduate' later in the season. What if, I sacked every youth who entered my youth school who was scheduled to graduate in the second half of a season. Doesn't matter if it's this season or a future one. If it's after the halfway point, I immediately sack them because they will age soon after graduating.

In this way, any youths that I do pull, and are worthy of retaining for training, have the advantage of at least half a season before they age. And I build up a whole youth squad that will only graduate in the first half of a future season. I'd still thin the squad based on talent obviously.

The obvious downsides are that I could miss out on a star by sacking them before I know their talent, and there may be a potential loss of sale income from youth pulls I might have sold.

Just throwing it out there for discussion. Thoughts?
