Asunto: Youth players
I swear we have just pulled the core of our u21 side in 3 seasons this past 2 weeks if you throw in Shaw as well.
I’ve got a brilliant coming next week too.

I'm thinking of just ditching keeper juniors regardless of skill level to be honest. I don't have a trainer that covers keeping and there doesn't seem to be much of a market in keeper trainees so other than match performance they are a wasted spot

Understand your thought processes and if you choose to go that way that's fine.
Personally though there's a few things I'll mention (aim isn't to say your idea isn't the better option either mind you, just some of my thoughts on the issue to make the decision more informed).
1) If you plan on playing junior leagues at any stage you're going to want a GK youth or two if you want to do well. A good GK here is so important because you know they're a keeper (you don't know that about any other position) and so therefore a good keeper basically dominates any player playing as a striker if they don't have striking skill. You can be outshot and still win as a result.
2) If you have a really good prospect, even if it's a keeper, someone here will buy them or train them (even if you can't). From a NT perspective GK's use to always be the hardest position to get a good one because in the old system no one trained GK's (was an absolute waste of potential and you'd have to be dedicated to the NT to train one as you got 2 training spots when training GK a week). Probably less an issue now but it use to be a lot of good GK prospects never really went anywhere as someone would take them as a backup GK or train them a little then stop. I think in this current environment people are training their own GK and that's brought the price of GK's down on the TL as a result. I guess what I'm trying to say here is that even if you keep and pull a good GK someone here will be willing to train them and that works out better from an NT perspective.
3) Related to 2) but we have a limited player pool here in Australia. A talent is a talent regardless of position. I'd hate for any talented player to be sacked simply for being a GK.
4) GK's are easy to train if you ever do decide to train 1 and are worth their cost. A good GK causes frustration (especially if they're in form and opponent strikers aren't). Only really require 2 skills primarily too. Whilst you might not want them now, you might in a few seasons when you're looking to build towards the top league.
5) Sometimes (albeit rarely) a GK youth comes out looking more like an outfield player. If they're young and talented, you've thrown away an opportunity of training them as an outfield player.
Overall, I guess my main reasoning is if they're a good talent I'd recommend keeping them, even if you don't think it will benefit you much. The NT needs as many as we can get and someone will buy our NT prospects if they need a home. That being said, feel free to trash any bad ones (as that would be my advice for outfield players too).
Ultimately your call, but for myself I don't care about position as much as I do about talent and age and I think you're rarely in a scenario where you have to decide whether to toss a talented player away to make room for newer youth.

Not as good as it could have been which is a little unfortunate. The striker goes on pm and we're in business. The passing goes on technique and we're also in business. Still might be able to be salvaged but most likely as a striker.

Stamina hit you a little yeah but it may also have been an incredible rather than brilliant. Then you got the same unlucky distribution like I got with passing and striker being your high levels. Had passing fallen onto pace you'd have been sitting pretty.
He's actually very talented. Up 2 levels in 4wk. But I think it's too late in the season for him. Listed.
