I mean if you don’t have 10 trainees already at your level you might consider training him in pace and then look for a quick sell end of the season. Wouldn’t bother if you’ve already got 10 trainees though and just try and see what you can get by selling him

Hmm, yeah, most of my trainees are as you describe really - just training to flip them for cash.

He's a 4.02 talent according to the calculator so probably a better prospect than at least one of my others who I only recently started training after selling a couple.

Like the only thing that’s bad here is his age. If he has talent 4 ish then he’s probably not a bad prospect to train at least in pace to start with. You’re going to struggle if you’re expecting every skill to be perfect so you need to be aware of what they’ll be at certain points. For example 8 weeks of pace probably gets 3 maybe 4 pops onto poor so he’s probably adequate/good pace by season end.

Your call because he’s not going to be NT material I wouldn’t think and so the call is really is this player better than what I’ve currently got and does it suit my current training strategy? If either of those are no then you look to sell.

He currently comes in at #4 Midfielder for his age.

I think he is definitely worth training, and feel free to reach out to us if you need any hand with how to maximise this (ie how many minutes to play, what your head coach and assistant coaches should look like, etc).

Some good people to ask would be myself, cometer, agbell, fantum, oscar, vivski and I'm sure others would be happy to give advice too

Yeah Kelly and Fittock aren't U21 NT material
Kelly looks like he could be flipped for a small injection of money if noone better in your current training squad (I would just train pace until the defender random pops, then finish off that current pace level and sell).

Still not looking at a lot of money unfortunately, but some none the less. Raising pace may also get some lower division striker trainers interested too

Pulled as solid. No idea on talent as only had him for 2 weeks. Unlikely to have been a solid pull though judging by sum of skills.
