dunno why you'd want one.. its pretty gutting when your great talented junior comes out as a keeper...
well if its only a excellent/formidable that comes out as the youth i'd be happy (with excellent gk and decent pace/passing) then i could sell other players... then i could get cash... then expand stadium... even more money... then more investment into youth school :)
