I had an excellent 17, he came out brilliant and was an absolute dud.

This youth system with the stamina absolutely sucks.

Still better than Hattrick's youth system.

But I had such high hopes. :(

You can't tell just from the current level and the number of weeks remaining.

Youths have variable levels of potential that affects how quickly youth levels improve and how quickly they improve when trained once they are out of the youth system.

Excellent with 14 weeks to go certainly sounds like they could be quite good though.
