I have a quick question about juniors and stamina. My team is now at a good level of stamina except my new junior pulls. How do people generally handle this issue? Wait 'til you get a few new juniors and then have a couple of weeks of stamina?

Wait till you start getting the high level youth.

You'll be wishing they had no stamina.

Sell them both unless you are a pace trainer.

I normally just let them slowly improve in the annual stamina training (last weeks training)

If your main coach has decent stamina it will slowly increase at the lower levels over time anyway.
