and once again this season,t he 8 teams with the highest ranking points are in A-League. proves this system is working

I'm ranked 62nd... and I came 4th in II.01 !

You also lost a large chunk of matches, including friendlies in that friendly league.

Friendlies play a fairly large impact on these ratings as well and this system favours winning to losing so it's hard to read much into them in some cases ;).

lol, its good friendlies are included tho (although I think to a lesser extent). Otherwise people like tong in strong lagues would have no hope of raising their ranking points...although taking on some of the best teams in my friendly league was probably jsut as difficult :D

There really is no reward for finishing 2-4. You don't get a chance to promote, no money from gate receipts for quali, no boost in mood and ranking points from winning the quali game.

probably not, btu then i would perfer to finish 4th with say 3 extra wins, because by getting those iwns your sponsor money goes up anyway same with supporters.

And you dont risk going down in an upset.

Yeah, was talking mostly in the context of points. I don't see what I've done to lose 27 over the last fortnight. One loss to a very good team but that should have been offset by my crushing win of a poor team in Aus Cup?

my guess is the team you lost too was actually worse then you by a fair bit, and the team you beat (after looking at them and their ranking) are one of the worst in sokker. its a little likepolska beating malaysia 10-0...not really going to add many points because its jsut too easy

Hasn't counted cup results yet, it's still the week of the qualifiers from what I see.

for some reason the new update hasnt counted cup matches yet. because ti still says people who have relegated are still in their higher league

Ah, all makes sense now! Yes, the team I lost to was a weaker team.
It will balance out in the end.

I think i had an easier campaign so far...i'm afraid your team is actually stronger now than mine...only one way to find out! :)...after the cup.
