Asunto: Promotion/Relegation

Just opening up a topic to dicuss this. I have made up an excel document that has all the promotions and relegations at this current time (remember it will change after next weeks games) between div 2 and 3 as I was curious to see who was coming into my league.

If anyone is interested in where they stand and who they are set to play at present, just sk.mail me and I will reply.

As far as my own promotion game goes, I will either be playing GG or TBF both which are scary in their own way due to the length of time they have spent in A-League and their achievements. Either way it should be a good game and I am really getting sick of II.01

What league am I getting promoted to next season if I win my qualifier?

If things stay as they are, you wont have to play a qualifier and you will be promoted to II.02

just to add a bit mroe to that, the top 4 team from div3 auto promote, and at present there are 4 teams that havent lost a game yet so if you stay undefeated you will be auto promoted

so even if I have not lost a match in the league, that still does not guarantee my promotion? I have to play a qualifier?

noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I want to play in Div.II.01 coz Phoenix Fire is there, if i more to II.02 then Phoenix Fire and I will play during the off season, coz I want to verse her

For you to come to II.01 you would need collie lions to get past you in GD, they are 4 goals behind right now.

im guessing you qill auto qualify because you are in div 4, and even if you dont you will smash whoever you play

who knows, this is for a mod to decide but a lo of people talk about it at this time of season, the only problem with throwing a match is i dont know where you will end up anyway. as I said there are 4 teams that are undefeated, so they are the easiest to say what will happen, he may catch you in GD anyway, bu if you thow a mtch, then you are dropped down with abunch of others that have drawn or lost so ti becomes more ocmplicated

Hmm, you don't really want to play in II.01... Either Achmid will be staying, or a good A-League team will be bumped down...

Yeh id be pretty happy with where you are right now. You will be promotinginto the weakest div 2 league by ratings, instead you want to go into the div 2 league with the highest ratings.

But I think almost anyone in II.01 would swap with anyone form any other div 2 league because of how strong it is. although it does also make it more interesting, but I think all the teams that were promoted 2 seasons ago dropped back to div 3 (all 3 are bots, one will wbe playing for promotion as a bot and the other isequal top points of the league showing they werent weak bots), and to give you an idea of how strong the league is, we have 2 bot teams that are still doing a fair amount of winning as far as bots go

Who's promoting to the A-League?

Im not say you are weaker then others in other leagues, just that II.02 doesnt have high quality competition. If you are a good team, you will win a veyr high amount of games.

ie if one league has 1 awesome team and 7 ok ones, the awesome team should iwn everything

if one league has 4 awesome teams, and 4 dodgy ones, then the 4 awesome teams will share the points betwene them and therefore wont end up with as many points as in the previous example, but may be just as good or better then the team that won in the previous example

Just a random post, take a look at our table and look a the wins, draws and losses. 1st and 8th are opposite, 2nd and 7th, 3rd and 6th and 4th and 5th are all opposites haha
