yeh I feel sorry for the unlucky A-Leaguers who have to play Gondor guardians, Krayzee coconuts, Frogmeisters and Team Moose Power.

And unfortunately all the div 3 teams are gone, now its time to try and get rid of the div 2 teams

Pretty happy with a nice easy win. Pluciennik had a field day and got himself a spot alongside Ward on the highest Australian ATT ratings with a 62.

Gah. Lesson to be learnt - Don't ever go 2-up against Tribe.

There will be 8 good games this week. Half the teams know exactly what they're getting into. But the danger may be to those teams tempted to play some trainees.

They sold out their 33.6k stadium a few weeks back...
Don't think they'll completely sell out the 40k stadium but we'll wait and see.

5-2 for me this week. Was a bit worried early with my reserves at the back struggling, but my class up forward won out in the end. Comisetti was dominant for a change.

Haha that's a joke. Whatever amount of luck Cumlionibus has I want it. They've knocked off both PRT and myself in consecutive weeks after never really looking like winning either. The goal they scored was extremely lucky to get them back level and I kept missing some great chances. Dominated the game yet went to penalties, with 4 of my penalty takers capable of playing as a striker, yet I was unable to convert as often as Cumlionibus did.

Ah well, doesn't matter too much I suppose because at the end of the day I probably would have lost next week but I still feel a bit annoyed it even got that far.

Seems FCM got beat also, so it opens up the cup this season as only one previous winner is left in the competition.

Was very happy to get two on the board early. There was some concern after conceding a goal late in the first half but we stretched it back out to a 2 goal cushion, and so decided not to use our bench, finishing up 4-1.

Feeling confident about next week as I have Bot Singers on the weekend and should be able to give at least some of the reserves a run whilst still getting the win.

A win next week would be my first cup win at home in six seasons.

Cup matches at home... I'm trying to remember the last cup match I had at home, was a long time ago ;).

Yeah with Bot Singers you should be able to set up a healthy side against whoever you draw in the cup. Would be interesting if you drew Bot Singers in the cup also.

That makes it 3 seasons in a row I've been knocked out in the 5th round. Not an impressive past few seasons, and the last 2, not sure on the 3rd, but I haven't conceded a goal until I've ended up being knocked out.
