good avrg level before the update, adequate after the update. but, 2 days ago, I fired 2 guys, and at that time my school avrg level was adequate.

I have enlarged my school to 15 slots today. I will keep also juniors like Berardo Simone to prove my hypotesis.

I dont keep anything unless they turn up with average or adequate... am I being too harsh?

I'm more interested in how they come out than how they turn up.

To take it to an extreme, if you had a weak (33) come into the team and he improved first week then every 4 weeks he'd exit the school as an incredible.... not the sort of guy I want to be firing.

I fire anyone that won't graduate as a very good or better (except the occasional good (2) and the like) so guys with low starting skills generally get fired pretty quickly if they don't improve. At least that way you give yourself a chance to find the high talent, low initial skill guys.

but that means the size of the school has to be quite big to keep all these boys...

I do a similar thing that naphtali does, although lately I haven't been getting much and have slipped from 30 capacity down to 23 capacity atm.

Same here. Got some absolute gems coming over the next two weeks though. But my number of slots will slip down again I should think!
