If i dont reject one of my youths, does that mean that over time he will eventually be available to be promoted ?

All i do is leave him there ?

yes pretty much, but some of us reject juniors that either take too long to pop or aren't going to come out high enough for our liking. There isn't much point in keeping tragic and hopeless youths.

you should also play some friendlies just as a sidenote...i got 5 youths this week but rejected the other two b4 writing this up
