all the randoms went to 3 main defenders changing my training now.....not sure what yet

After getting a new coach I trained playmaking for the first time since my team lacks it. Was pretty happy for first week result.

Gonna try a week of defending training in the Mid to see if I can get something similar...it all helps, my team needs it bad.

He has to be a great coach... :)

Well I would hope so it took an effort to get him as I restructured all my coaching and he's costing me enough. I'm hoping that I can manage a lot more random pops as I've improved assistants as well.
I need to to have any hope of staying in Div II since I can never win a bidding war on a player.
He's an outstanding coach with Unearthly in Defending, Playmaking, and Striker plus magical in Technique.

I think just the fact the team had never been trained in PM before meant there was bound to be a few pops anyway.

great coach. I guess you will alternate the training. that's the best thing to grow complete players, if your economy enables it. :)
