A few interesting results. Happy Boyd Singers got the chop, perhaps now Widera can get put on the transfer list and be useful for a side (albeit too late for any further training which could have been issued 3 seasons ago :'(, could have seen Widera in midfield with decent training but not to be). Not surprised that the 3 A League sides all won, they're all a fair way ahead both tactically and player skill wise from any of their opponents.

Congrats to all the winners and commiserations for the losers, always next season. For the winners who ended up promoting, I guess it's time to re-assess your team and tactical knowledge, you'll be needing it (especially those going from III to II), whilst for everyone else I guess it's back to the drawing boards to prepare for next season.

I was so looking forward to taking on Jyuukenbu first up as well :(. Guess I'll just have to make sure I beat Roar first up :).

i hope i can get a CM tonight, and then i can use my nice new bonus money to upgrade my head coach and maybe get a new defender, would be nice to have some form of depth in positions other than striker for once :)

it's funny in a sense because 2 weeks ago, you weren't even looking likely to be playing a qualification game and now you find yourself promoted :). All teams from III.08 find greatness, I came through III.08 myself ;)

You'll learn quickly what's wrong with your tactics and players now that you're in II.01 (the 2nd worst II league to be in, after II.03) and hopefully that will help yourself to develop stronger tactics ;). The sponsorship increase should be nice as well, I'm sure you'll find good use for it.

i've actually given up hope on promoting after that awful game where 4 of my players got injured. but my boys showed me the way to the light again by playing their hearts out :)

I enjoyed watching my game this morning...
The unique goal is a bit of a joke but they've had nice occasions that didnt go in so that's how it goes sometimes...
I got the occasions I wanted only to see the shots going wide each time...
I dont think I was far off with my tactic, I need better players up front and that will do the trick next season if I the guys in my league dont improve too much obviously :p

Still a crap way of ending a season though as the objective is not fullfilled, fan mood dropped down 3 levels ahead of the bonus $ week... arrg :)

Welcome to div 2. As always, the goal needs to be 7th position. Not going to be an easy task, but with some good tactics and some luck you'll have a god chance. Back to being the underdog.

Krayzee went perilously close to promoting, but stuck with us for another season. Poor old Teen Girl Squad got slaughtered by Bears. There were limbs and bits of torn dress everywhere, a gruesome sight. Tupp denied WorldClass Utd.
The two newcomers to II.03 will be Canberra and Newcastle Knights. That's sure to further strengthen the league.

Well chuffed....just beat a Czech team who will play divi II this coming season on their own patch. With something like 14 times the users we have in Oz, I was expecting to get turned over....but the boyz did the job 1-0....& 4 players tried in unfamiliar positions.

Hmmm, i drew 1-1 in my league match, and for some unknown reason, my goalie gor a rating of 19. Normally he gets around 50, so i was a bit perplexed about this. Is this a common thing to have such a massive drop in rating?

only if he has next to nothing to do throughout the match
