I won my friendly 16-0 cause the opponent put all his players on one side of the pitch...
I still managed to get two of his players injured... I found this ironic!

serves them right really, they took away the whole point of a friendly to avoid the risk of injury and suck up training and its always funny to see it backfire. They take a massive ranking point hit as well dropping them sponsor money and mood, whilst still getting players missing training.

Edit: Only 1 misses training though.

3 goals in the last 8 minutes for a 4:4 draw.... impressive!

could've been 2 up within the first 5 minutes, but one of them hit the post :(

and a host of chances to bring the score closer throughout the game, but poor finishing let me down. but coming back from 4-1, i'm not complaining about that :)

Hirons comes back and converts on 5 of his 18 shots. Getting some nice rewards from our investment and training in passing as well. Solid all around performance gets us our first win of the season.

6th minute, Schoofs directly in front, sprays it outside the far post

44th minute, Shot and Masi fumbles... almost goes across the the line...

Could have finished 3-2 either way.. but probably 1-1 was the fair result... both teams wanted the win.. especially with it being a Local Derby =)

How I was able to hang on after Bernardico left the field injured and Egan (lmao, wouldn't be a division 3 defender yet alone an A League defender) came on to mark Schoofs I'll never know. Annoyed I switched Necevski and Alagich in the 2nd half because all of a sudden I put some nice through balls right where Necevski would have been only to fall to Alagich who got tackled comfortably each time. Still that's life, tactic didn't pay off as often as I had hoped but I was able to scrap and get a draw. Hard to say if it deserved anything else really. Schoofs had a put away in the 6th minute but Necevski had a pretty simple one as well in the 2nd half there, both missed so they cancelled each other out. Other than that, not really much happened, got compressed into my own half due to Frogs defense levels and Slowacki was too slow to cross the ball most of the time.

Bernardico out for 23 days though :@. Joins Paredes who's out for 11 days. Haven't checked to see if either Ryba or Poutakidis is suspended, have a feeling Ryba might be.

Hehe, i think the guy on Bugs/Ideas whose keepers always get injured has worse luck =p

- Da Minkees achieved the 2nd highest rating of D3 last round... ok, not such a high rating round but still a good improvement that marks a step forward. that would place us 21st in D2 rd4, so there's a space for us somewhere sometimes...

- Allelujah! Foxe has finally popped in form! After 5 weeks being tragic his form has finally improves to hopeless! (sic)... I was asking for valuation so maybe he got scared and dont want to leave town and his mommy...

a totally undeserved draw against tong, but its a point and i aint complaining
