14 shots 1 goal 3 injuries! Damn my soft players.

Oh the irony. After last week's absolute domination with a 0-0 scoreline i was eagerly awaiting the revenge match this week. Only when i pulled the match up i find my friendly lineup running around much to my disgust.

It gets to halftime and it's 0-0 again and i'm swearing like anything. 3 goals in the second half relieved that though.

The irony is i probably didn't deserve to win this week yet i don't know how it was possible to not win last week.

Anyway... i'm off to set my lineups for the remainder of the season!!!

13 shots and 1 goal, I can't believe the easy shots my strikers missed.

Quite a few posters in my game for the 2nd week in a row. Last week there was about 12 but there was only about 4 this week.

One of those was pretty spectacular though, a shot from halfway from the halftime kickoff!!!

My first 4 games yielded... 1 goal.

In my last 5 games... I've scored 8 goals from 66 shots. 12% shot accuracy.

I've only scored 9 goals in total this season...

Just watched that shot from halfway again. Pretty good awareness from the striker because my keeper was much quicker than the other keeper so the kickoff happened before he was in position. He only just missed with it hitting the crossbar and coming back into play.

If you look at all the shots missed in the A-League, it's probably about right at 12%. It looks bad and you tear your hair out, but it's still pretty hard to slot one home, even 1v1 is probably less than 50-50.

finally went back to winning ways after a horrid 2 weeks against the top team. not only did we keep a clean sheet, we knocked 5 past them, though it wasnt quite as spectacular as the 9-0 win a home :)

i can finally look to at least a top 3 finish for this season, and under the best circumstances, finish second and consolidate my position for challenging for promotion next season.

Where all the people who can't get a discussion going in their own league go to talk about there games. I play another online game that breaks 256 teams down into conferences of 8 teams each, and almost every league has (or used to have) an "Orphans Thread"

If you are sure you want it changed to that, I can arrange that, just let me know and it shall be done.

I think this should stay as a whining thread, a new one should be started for general discussions.

I forgot to mention that my equaliser was scored in the... 90th minute :/

I should whinge for the opposition team. 2 injuries, red card to the only goalkeeper (so it seems) and a 2-7 thrashing. Sorry.

i havent seen a red card for a keeper before.... what did he do?
