54.7 ratings for a mostly 2nd XI side is pretty handy. Found it funny seeing Durante giving my defenders nightmares all game yet they'll probably have good performances against Maras come Sunday. Normally if Bowen gets 0 from 11 I'd have been expecting a loss as he doesn't have poor games very often. Must be getting rid of the cobwebs in time for Sunday as well :).

not sure how he'd give you problems with only outstanding pace and incredible tech. still, his form is on a rise so i guess that's a good thing. he might even make the U21 squad now

beaten 0-6 in my friendly - but how could I give them the treatment when it's another case of a team not playing their reserves.

Unfortunately not every team plays their reserves, or they train GK/Striker which makes them look like they aren't playing them. That's part of the friendly system

Yeah for example, if you take my side on, you'll get about 6-7 1st team players depending on who needs training and who doesn't. I don't train more than I have to, so for example I can train 10 midfielders a week, so I train only that and no more.

guys, I mightn't have been around as long as some but I'm no newbie.....take a look at previous teams for friendlies (taking into account the league teams as well)....this was more like the league team & seems to happen (unfortunately or not) more than I'd like to care.

it's official, the woodwork hates me. it's so sad i don't know whether to laugh or cry
