I can't see how it is going to affect the AL sponsorship in any ways nor Div II teams.
The teams in III are going to struggle if they get newbies week in week out, that will dent their sponsorship for sure... or maybe I'm misunderstanding you?

I thought the whole idea of us getting the 4th league was that it would allow our top league get more competitive sponsorship money, 'cos it's determined by the number of leagues.

IV is unjustifiable considering III only has 2 or 3 non-bots per league

Absolutely. It makes sense to only have III leagues, but it shouldn't affect our sponsorship.
From memory, the devs' attitude is: small country, small money.

Isn't it enough punishment to have us buy and sell players at hours non-conducive to profit making or team building?

I may be wrong. It may be based on other factors and could remain unchanged. Time will tell.

ha ha, It would be bad, except it would be worth it to watch the money drop push Cometer in bankruptcy with his demotion :)
I'm a bit of a scrooge with money so bankruptcy ain't going to be happening anytime soon :p.
In the past there "appeared" to be some of that kind of element, but I don't know if it still applies. Given how supporter expectations fluctuate I doubt we'll find out for certain.

Sponsorship is based on fan mood, ranking and "league prestige" as far as I know so I can't see anyone being hurt except III...
That's what I thought at first, however when we went from III leagues to IV, us in the A League at the time I think all witnessed jumps in sponsorship for basically no other purpose that we could see other than the introduction of the IVth league which possibly indicated to myself that maybe there was a base multiplier which started at the bottom level and went up with every league, that would then explain why having an extra league was advantageous. That could also explain how they can make it such that higher leagues attract more sponsorship keeping all other variables the same and could be included or part of this thing called "league prestige".
At the same time we could look at other leagues in similar positions to us with basically the same stats getting less than we were (those having fewer leagues) or getting more than we were (those having more divisions).
It could all be a coincidence but at the time it looked like there was some base multiplier to begin with.
Edit: In saying that, I hope I'm wrong because it wouldn't be at all fair to have a system distribute income in this fashion. As the argument I focussed on at the time those getting more money -> get better players -> improve league ratings -> get even more money and repeats, so this whole talk of the top leagues in Poland deserving more than the top league elsewhere on the basis of being stronger was in itself a bit of a poor argument from greg. Didn't really help though, as it's impossible to win an argument against greg as he just decides to reiterate the same stuff or else just ignores you ;).

I had a 20 year old last week not pop in stamina training. Anyone ever seen that before? What a lazy b-stard.

Just for a brief moment there I thought I was going to be taking on Tribe in the cup without a striker for the 2nd time in a row. Fortunately Bowen had 1 fewer cards then thought but it's not ideal to go into a game with only 1 option up front.
check out Daru Team from Poland. 8 first team players with injuries or red cards and one injured non-first teamer ;-)
