I cant find how much i spent to buy my trainers anywhere...
Could someone give me a fork at how much fetch a trainer with minimum incredible general skills? (i mean max bidding)

No idea for bidding, but it cost me 400-500k to pull my Brilliant 48k wage coach...

A similar coach went for 500k this morning.

just spent 4000$ for a "good coach" to use as assistant...

I've seen "incredible coach" going between 60k and 340k so far and a "magical coach" for as much as 800k...

Wages make a huuuuge difference in transfer price

yeah I've noticed that too... I'm not sure people look properly at the ratio salary/price paid, there are huge discrepancies there too...
It also look like people are keen to pay big $, maybe the end of season bonus has got something to do with this...

A good Brilliant coach (sub 50k wages) compared to an average 60k (or even more) wage coach, and you save 10k a week. This is minimum 520k a year, and most managers are looking towards the long term.

Anyway, buying coachs is much more reliable than the russian roulette way...

Here are the trainers minimum wages in Estonia. The data is bit old though. Those wages are pretty perfect, which means if you pull a coach with bit higher wage, then there is nothing wrong.
It`s pretty difficult to pull coaches with such wages.

Anyone had any luck with recruiting a coach? or do you recommend using the transfert option?

All of my coaches have come from recruiting and not the transfer market.

Youth Coach: Brilliant ($45k)
Head Coach: Brilliant ($53k 5xUnearthly)

According to that table I'm paying a bit much for my 2xVG and 1xExc assistants though.

I just searched the transfers page for brilliant coaches. Their salaries range between $47k and $75k.

(I'm not sure I understand the question, can't you search the transfers page and find out?)

It's ok I thought the price you mentioned in bracket was the cost of recruiting and not the salary.
