Asunto: Coach Prices

From an Indian NT point of view, it's important to churn out good youth players and so I haven't hesitated from spending a ton of money on my YS and junior coach(brilliant). For the greater good hehe.

Yeah I know what you mean, it can be a hard balance.

I think the main thing is to have 3 assistants of any level and then slowly upgrade.

From what we "know"/assume , which doesn't mean it's the truth, only the general level is important and that the levels are additive.

So your one formidable coach (level 11) which costs about 12k at best, probably more like 15k, is worse than 3xweak(level 4) coaches, which cost less than 5k for all 3. So even having 3 weak coaches, you save 10k and have a better training.

With my old Aus team, I think every coach I had (head, youth, assistants) were all magical, and a lot of the others here were the same. So much easier to do this when we have over 100 users, compared to 20 when our sponsorship and gate takings are so much less

I think having assistants also helps with speeding up the process for tactical discipline, I went through probably a month without any myself but none of my players increased in tactical discipline. As soon as I got assistants I started seeing increases every week especially in team work for example. Could just be coincidence but I certainly noticed a difference there.

My 3 assistants are excellent (10), solid (8), good (7) for a combined wage of $24k. Haven't moved on that for a while but might eventually look to sneak up a level or 2 if I can keep wage level the same (or less).
Head coach is unearthly (16) for the 2 skills I want to develop, as well as being magical (15) Tech & Stamina, Brilliant (14) Passing....for $38k, he'll do for now. I can always swap with my youth coach if I ever need to train PM/Striker as he's 16/14, but unlikely I'll do that. :)

Until my most recent coach buy, that's what I did too. Made sure my youth coach had reciprocal skills if I needed to train.

Now my new coach for training MIDs. All Mid skills at unearthly, Fairly high stamina for those odd weeks, and money saving for the GK and Striker skills

I consider myself lucky with this guy as it was via the coaching tool & first attempt. Tragic GK skill meant wage wasn't inflated & age is also ok.

Bernard Waters, age: 52
wage: 38 200 AU$
club: Melbourne Mongrels, country: Australia,
outstanding coach

Training effectiveness as head coach:
magical of stamina tragic of keeper
unearthly of pace unearthly of defender

Looks good. Not too expensive, and covers your main skills. Once you are a regular back in the A-League you can upgrade (if you want) to try and boost the "random pops" of your players.

I don't think I'll ever get back to the 5x magical coaches, but I would like to aim for 1x unearthly (YC), 1x almost unearthly magical (for head coach), 3x outs

yeah, difficult to have those levels with the downsizing of our sponsorship & game revenue. Maybe we need to find a 'sweatshop' of budding managers who want to join the Oz setup!! :)

Using skills select I just got 2 adequates and 1 good with combined wages of $9500AU. Looking forward to see a few more greens in the coming weeks.

This is my head coach who I think is quite cheap considering he is incredible.

Eryk Wiatrak, age: 48

club: Pune FC, country: Polska,

So I upgraded my youth coach from Brilliant to Magical, meaning I have sacked the following player.

He is almost as cheap as you can get for a Brilliant, so I have sacked him at a reasonable hour for Australians (maybe I should have done it at prime time and not during the day).

Anyway here he is, for anyone looking to upgrade their youth coach to a cheap, high levelled one

Antigone Confusioni, age: 84, sum[110]
wage: 42 200 AU$
club: Achmids Soul, country: Italia,
brilliant coach

unearthly of pace magical of defender

outstanding of passing brilliant of striker

84yo wow!! What's the rule of thumb there? Do they just keep coaching until they 'cark' it? :D

My brill YC costs me $42.12k but I am too looking to go magical at some point, so the 55k is a good target. Thanks.
