Ouch with the age. Lucky you got that one cheap. He could retire in 4 seasons. Great for the next period of time though and hopefully get to have him longer than 4 seasons

Not sure there's anything ouch about it. What's 2 spins? 100k? For an unearthly, that's incredible.

I'd be happy with 1 season for that.

Given I've spent 20-30M and still haven't got one, I'd easily be happy with spending 4-5M on this age coach

Do we know which day the coaches will actually retire? I got a reminder that it's next week. I assume at the age update next week?

I’m expecting like Friday/Saturday myself after training updates but not really sure. Could mess up a lot of youth talent graphs if you get the switchover wrong though

Do you remember the search parameters for that coach - more interested for gk setting.
I keep gk at around solid when trying to nail a coach (unless I want to train gk).
I also leave stamina unset, with all other settings at magical- unless I have a skill already covered; where that will be no setting for that skill as well.

You’d probably want all thing sets to unearthly and gk set somewhere around excellent I’d suspect. You’ll be chasing a while if you’re after an magical/unearthly with low keeper

Edit: otherwise if you just want an unearthly the.n everything set to unearthly is your best option.

How many coaches is everyone rocking these days? Four? Five?

5 coaches. All magical with zero luck on getting an unearthly after spending about 25M Aud

That expenditure without getting an unearthly seems impossible!! And quite the hefty coach wage bill on top. Given an impending retirement I’m debating whether to go with four or five this season.

5 here, 2x unearthly, 1x incredible and 2x formidable. Losing 3 of them in a week or so. Fun times ahead.

From what I understand, the total sum for assistants is important.

So 2 magical would be the equivalent of 3 excellent (3 excellent would be a lot cheaper).

Definitely worth getting a 3rd something

And yes, I've been super unlucky with unearthlies, and whilst it doesn't affect pulls and training much, it does affect it

Quite happy with this as wage is acceptable & that’s my coaches sorted in the main.
Only change from this point might be to improve an assistant, but not massively important.
