all i really hope is the brilliant has decent skill distribution. O atleast something that is trainable...Australia doesnt have the best record with high level, talented youths

As long as they come through with the right skills. My team is building on the strength of the youths, but as they come through I will soon have to start selling some of the ones I can do without so I can afford my squad.
