Just turned outstanding today with a three week pop. His previous pop was four weeks so talent somewhere between 3 and 4. I will train him for a while in passing and might give him some echnique as well.

Age is fine. Skill distribution is all over the place but has low stamina and keeping which is good. What do you guys think I should do? I'm training Pace, Passing and PM. Cash in or wait til he's 20 and offload after a bit of training? I could squeeze him into another training slot if I needed..

With that talent you should take advantage and give him some training before selling I think.

My pull this week was formidable +1 with a talent around 5 I think.

I think you are hoping too much for him.
Not the best distribution of skills. Extremely low pace and passing ruins him. In think you will get around 15 000 000 $ for him.

PS! I don´t know the actual prices of such players on these days. That`s just a wild guess. So don´t take my valuation seriously.
