My point is the constant skill drop on day of arrival. Its beyond boring now

Being back the old youth school , you could easily track skill level and there wasn't level drops . I personally think the current set up is useless, boring and frustrating

But drops isnt drops, its just evaluation

It needs to be like it used to mate

No skill drops and a true evaluation the whole way through

You agree with 80% of sokker i guess.... for me, I like more the unknown, that it is more blurry and takes a half to whole season training before you Can tell talent.... in old system, juniors outcome in future were to easy to tell, making the game too static.....

If even there would be a bit of up and down in training progress after pulled, and then we would have a game less predictable...

Just as match outcome is too static if 5+ match rating average

Im a mathematican. And for me, as soon as I trained a player 10 weeks, I can tell more or less what he can become.... but 10 weeks training used to be as soon as pulled... id like that to be several seasons before being 100% on his future skills

For me , if the unknown produced a star now and againnid be happy lol

But I think it's just messy when a player is up and down and up and down and up and down

The old style was nice and neat , was easy to tell how talented a player was too . That was great for me personally
