ok im still honestly baffled as to why so many of my players are plopping and popping so regular - is it simply the sign of a poor talent or is the youth system all to pot ?

i pulled an outstanding last week who was one of the worst outstanding juniors ive ever seen so the jury is out for me , anyways below is my youth coach

I aint got a clue of anyones talent and quite frankly i aint in the slightest little bit interested (sadly) . there aint a single player in my youths who doesnt plop at least 1 level every other week and in the post above its quite clear that my youth coach isnt the problem
