That is 'osokker' he is using above. The link for the download is on the u21 homepage. You would also need to install Firefox or Opera as your browser also. Everyone should use osokker as far as I'm concerned. It's very useful.

Hmm, I have osokker and my junior page doesn't look like that. Don't see any reference to estimated talent.
