I had a look at him , cracking player and great age there ally mate !

Im just hoping for a trainable player , if i cant train him then id like it if a fellow scot can take him , fingers crossed that when i get him in 2 weeks he does the job :)

well, I've done it - increased my juniors places from 0 to 4 for the first time...

lol , better late than never !

best advice is to go for as many as you can afford , then once you can afford more raise it up again , im currently keeping a total of 20 spaces and i have 13 players just now

If you have no junior coach, they will all be estimated at tragic ;)

oh - but I didn't want to hire one before I actually have good youngsters

if I move one of my assistants to junior coach will I see the estimates?

Maybe for next time they come in, estimates have already been done for that lot. Better coach means better estimate aswell. But your right you could have your assistant as a youth coach for juniors coming in on a saturday. Then but him back as an assistant. Might aswell hire a youth coach in my opinion.

Get one you can afford, if only very good or excellent then he will do until you can afford a better one.

Yes, but if you don't have a junior coach, they'll all be 'tragic' - you could have just sacked 10 million worth of juniors ^^

if I get, say, a cheap good or adequate coach before thursday will I know then?
