Believe me, is no guarantee that will be better communication if Scots manager take a charge. If user who get this job, actually "shit on it", it doesn't matter where it comes from - Hungary, Poland, Germany or... Scotland.

Scotland has 42 users, this is one of the smallest countries in sokker. I don't know many of that 42 users is actually active, so i expect that the work here can be hard - it's not Poland where is 10.000 users and about 500 is day by day active on forum + about 2.000 realy active in the game. There is simple. Here i think NT coach should fight for every single user, because that user is a future of this country in sokker. If all of you just gone from this game, Scotland will be not exist in sokker, like countries where is 1-5 users.

So i think, good communication is a priority if we want to do somethings good here :>

well, starting with some Polish conversation surely is a great example of great communication :)

Sorry, what is wrong in this when some Polish guy just write to me in my laguage "Good Luck", then i answer him "Thank You"? Where is problem? I should shout to him: "Don't talk to me in ours language!!! Here is Scotland God Damned man!!!" ?

I agree with you .. communication and work with the community is important .. Scotland has only 42 users .. but its still better number than 5 .. :) .. I think its alright :)

Thats right, but everyone know sokker does not have the best days, so - today we have 42 managers is Scotland (who know many is actually active) but tomorrow that number can be 5. I dont want this, nobody wants who like this game and spen here a lot of time.
