Asunto: On to the next step

After being the best Second Division team in rankings, i feel now it is time to make the first division, but i need help from experience managers like yourselves to help me finds ways in my team to do it, so look at my team and see what is should to make the next step

Its not just your team, you need to set your tactics to cope with strength of what will come in the 1st division.

i have been thinking about that as well, they will be tough teams, but want to play good attacking football, thanks for the advice mate

It will be tough and with 2-3 bot teams that will still survive, they are still averaging rating well above the 40's and we will need to buy the correct type of players and introduce a better calibre of coaches to enhance the future gems i hope we both have"....oh and hopefully spring a couple of top notch juniors as what AMPunk has assembled.

Decide what you're going to be training, and who you're going to be training.

Anyone you're not training, or isn't good enough for your first team; you should just sell or sack. Your squad is too big, and is wasting your money.

I agree with comment above.

Also your tactic needs some work. Your defence are all over the place. You can look at some basic tactics on you tube to see how to organise your defence properly.

Right now you are going into Div1 01 or Div1 02 & if you don't fix that defence you will get mullered every week.

I,ll give u a friendly next week and show u by my tactics how me being a div 2 team can expose your defense, so if you keep that tactic going fwd, as mullers stated, your looking to be yoyo-ing up and down divisions like a disguntled bug.

Well, how much money do you have?

well not really a lot, i am trying to sell some player and make my team bit stronger, and i am trying different tactics as well

and plus i am in a friendly league called the rising star league for the whole season

What are you training?

Ok well if you are training defenders you should have 5 players set as DEF in each match so you can maximise training. I can see you only had 4 players set as defenders in each match this week & you played two of them twice so you have only trained 6 players this week instead of 10. And one of the players you played twice is in his 30's so you really have only trained 5 players.

If this is what you are doing every week your team will never improve.

Also please tell me your head coach has a high defence skill.
