Asunto: GK training help

at what stage of his carrer should I change my scottish GK training.
he is currently 23 and up to uneartly GK.
should I be changing this or keep going and what should I change to?

get him to divine, maybe even superdivine, then train pace.

Whats his pace just now?

his pace is at good level.

Doesn't seem very talented to me. Might struggle to get to divine pace, which he would also need to be an NT star.

Possibly better getting his pace up to excellent/outstanding then cashing in.

Either get a younger more talented GK trainee or train something different.

Generally if a young player 17,18,19 isn't popping up every 2-4 weeks then his a dud. If 18 and younger and skill under good Id expect a few 2 week pops. As lower than good trains a bit faster. When skills get higher the training will slow down a bit aswell.

outstanding pace poor defender
poor technique unsatisfactory playmaker
formidable passing unsatisfactory striker

Id sell him, at 21 youd expect him to be more advanced. he could still make it as a top keeper, but training will be slow and you won't get long from the benifit of him being a top keeper.

IMO better to sell and invest in 1 or 2 younger keepers with decent talent, or train some other youngsters.

I dont know your financial situation, but I'm pretty sure you can buy better prospects than Jackie for quite a low price.
