What to say...
poor start, poor results, poor cadency.. Looks like more I try to change somethong in goes worse and worse. Some games lost becouse of tactic, but more lost despite our adventage. Hard to explain for me why it is. In many games we're better team, playing better, with better possesion and more shots, and loosing. Of course, stats are not all, but it's strange when our strikers (top skills, top form) are so ineffective even against average keepers, and our (top skills, top form) keepers looks like letting all balls to the net - even shots from just decent strikers. I don't know it engine just don't like my tactics, or it changed so much in last seasons, or is other for club other for NT. I don't know, and still trying to change something - with no good result.

It's obvious you're dissappointed. I'm dissapointed too. It's the first time I fail with NT, and feel very uncomfortable to dissapoint your trust and hopes.
Last what I can say... Trophy United Kingdom and Ireland is coming, and I'll try to to find better and more efficient tactic and play better.

as a reward for asking 2 days off, greg rewarded me with early injuries on gk and striker, making the final a joke :)
Colson has had 2 injuries since 1/4/2012
less than 2 weeks and slight injury (couple of days)

why did i even think to ask for 2 days off?!

Yeah I was gutted to see that. Damn that match engine etc etc.

Anyway get Colson back in the team before we end up even further down the rankings. You have probably just put the kiss of death on him though, guarantee he gets a 30 day injury sometime soon.

I think Colson will be old for next WC qualifier next season.
Pratt, i think, can be a good player for NT Scotland, if form will getting better.
