Asunto: [NT]Barros

Hello everybody,
it's election time again and i'm here ready to play my chanches with Scotland'nt

I'm 32yo, i play sokker since Oct '06 and at this moment i'm on italian serie B with my club.

With this candidature i would to propose you not only a simple nt' management but a management system which will bring the quality and the continuity to this national team.

I think one of the most important thing in sokker is to plan, to plan and also to plan :) it's necessary to have clear ideas and programs in medium\long terms if we want to bring up this nt and to hope to reach the best world teams.

My NT'experience :

1. I managed for 8 seasons Pilipinas under21, bringing it from 92th positon to the 58th position
2. Few months ago, i won the under21 World Cup with Italy, managed for only 2 seasons

Below the program for next season :

- Scout position : i would be glad to collaborate with some scottish users but if it will be not possible, no probs, i'll ask to some italian and experienced friends

- Ranking climb : my goal is to bring this NT to the first 15 positions and obviously i'll try to go far forward as possible in next World Cup. I think Scotland could reach at least quarter finals in every world cup.

- Db improvements :another goal of my management it'll be to work hardly, day after day, with your DB. Both with Pilipinas both with Italy, I have always considered essential to have constantly updated my database. Thanks to my experience I found really effective methods to find new players from around the world and i can assure if i'll be next coach you will end up with a database never seen before ;)

honestly, i see a good scottish manager running for this NT. I don'know the feelings of this community but i think now you have a good internal choice, isnt'it? if you believe there is no more interest in me, i'm ready to get out of this election, maybe trying in another country ... but i would taste your feeling before to bow out. Otherwise I'll be here until the end to play my cards in the best way

I am afraid it is now unlikely that you will win. In my experience the minute a Scottish user applies for the job it's game over.

i hate to change my plans and also to not finish something i'm doing ...but i have to be realistic and this season, after Rabb27' candidation, i think i've any chanches to manage this nt. I'm really sorry but i decided to resign my candidation. Maybe there will be another chanche for me in next future, i dont' know but now it's not time for Barros on Scotland
