hello all,
I'll allow me to introduce myself on this forum although it is also more appropriate locations.
Personally, I am 21 years old and over 8 years experience in this game. I'm a French manager who is heavily involved.
I've had experiences of NT U21, either with my country, France, with Cameroon me a lot and after I had a chance to take command of Senegal during a season. The possibilities with this country is very small, I now trying to take over the U21 team of Scotland.
The project is very simple: the world cup !!! I think truly think second place is accéssible. Its going to this play between Scotland, Vietnam and Portugal. Therefore, it will take a good group in place. I will wish that a DTN mainly Scottish. Some positions are already occupied in case I nominated:
- Obeservation opponent and tactical help: position held by a French manager and me
- Monitoring and research of GK and DEF U16-U21: manager Scot already found.
- Monitoring and research of MIL and ATT U16-U21: to define.
- Contact with worldwide training centers and communication: me + a person to define.
If ever people are interested to follow the young Scots, they do not hesitate to contact me.
I really hoped that this project you like, I know I already have a few managers behind me for some time already but the goal is to gather all the managers behind the Scottish ones, I hope that everyone will find if.
On timing, I already agreements with managers in order to make tactical adjustments.
It only needs your votes my friends, then all the polls :)
