I will disagree first i do not like Mourinio approaches in real life and i did average season i would say :(
Our performance at World cup was not so bad and we deserved to go on playoffs :( From there our season went really bad.
Seems im loosing a bit of motivation and i feel guilty for dropping down Scotland from where i climbed it 21 place now to 29. Most of teams cheated or give up from euro 27 but as i organize it feel responsible to play and lead Scotland there and this makes me feel guilt cause our 27 generation was not good enough.
Norway give up so we will play for 21 place our last game at that forum so this week i will try to keep my target top 32 with full squad.
I still have doubts if i should apply for another season.

I made my decision it was really hard to take but i will apply in Tzech Republic next season
i was doing a lot of thinking lately and hope you guys will understand my desire for high targets .
i will try to look for good replacement and will leave my best tactics in the account.
I will do my best in the last 2 games as NT Scotland it was owner for me !

It seems that only a few teams are training Scottish talents and it's not an easy task to keep a decent ranking and performance.

My last game with Scotland will be next Saturday and will be part of EURO27
game against Cerna Gora. we already played this opponent in group stage now will be game for 20-21 place and i will fight for positive result. u28 game will give me chance to save some key players for first game of WCQ. I already nulled cards for one key player in defense Mac Vurich so he is save on that side :)

so with some luck we got positive result and we got revenge for the defeat in group stage
all players are safe for next game so hope next NT could improve the situation
there are good defs that need training on secondary skills so think this is what community should work on. best players should be trained to age of 30 and we need some fresh blood few new teams to make the team with better potential.

I see 3 candidates for the post and my recommendation is DarkmasteR. Do not know the rest but
him i know from his work in Bulgaria U21 and Vietnam U21 he did great job there.
He also plays in our top division and i always have hard times and quite interesting games with him and its kind us derby.
The only disadvantage i see in him is he supports Roma :)
