Asunto: How much from sponsors
Thats not true game transfer market is crazy good job is when you winning games against stronger teams but thats my opinion:)
And my opinion is totally opposite and You not gonna convince me no matter what;)
Market isn't crazy, its enough to check talent, have good trainers and be patient. And for me is also important to sell at the start of the season when everyone has money and buy at the end when no one has. It's enough. Only my opinion but I'm sure totally correct;)
I know that You can save money by not investing in your players progress but I'm sure it's slower way of progress, but even if not, I like to see green color every thursday on my player's list;)

I gotta agree with sviktorov , market is so crazy these last couple of years .
I benifitted from the previous champion John Boys selling up and training good youngsters , look at the premier and average age is very high for most teams . It would seem to be more popular to buy old high skilled players and hope for the best .
My transfer balance is minus 5 million , but that's just due to the way the game has changed ( been here over 12 years ) . Players that used to only cost 3-4 m are now 7-8m and harder to purchase . Some youngsters you could take a chance on and buy for no more than 250k are costing 1m or even more
Just do what works for you and brings you most enjoyment, my team is now finished in my eyes as the main players hit 30 or a bit older

:) im not convincing everyone is free to have his opinion
but when you got 3 injuries on trainees in one game avg timing 15-30 days then we will talk. I belive game is more tolarant to those that make money by trading
And yes market is crazy when we talk for nt players .... I bought some of best defs in bulgaria on crazy price just because i belive they have to be trained ...
yes you have to train young players but if you want to achieve something you should have balance and not sell your best trainees on early age.
On small countries like scotland even bulgaria world class players should be trained till age even 32 to keep them on high level as i do with some bulgarian defs.
I trained some of them from yearly age maxed them on primary skills and then i trained them on secondaries this made their nt carrier longer ..
So i do not think we have oposit visions i think sometimes you just want to oppose me but that is fine you are free to do what you want.

Hi guys,
the market is crazier.... mostly because of the users hitting a low of under 13.000 I think...
So older users have money and the TALENTED or TRAINED players are harder to buy now.
It's so easy to see players go over 10.000.000 euros these days...crazy money for newer teams.

and another injury today (forgot to remove my goalie from safe game :( ) so this season i have injury almost every game and most of the time trainees so in that case how i can expect to develop ...
so my option is to keep my fans in mood and get good rating from arcades and my main income is home games ...

Sponsors are different in every country because of the number of users. (teams in Division 3 of Poland probably get more money than most Division 2 teams from other countries.)
Teams with happy fans are likely to get better money every home game... There is a high and low for every league I believe.
you can progress in this game even without training youngsters, depends on what is fun for you...
About injuries.... players have injury history (more visible to PLUS members), also, the stadium and even the tactics can be a factor... Bad luck of course sometimes...

ok, so I didnt think that You call market crazy because prices are higher, but if this is the case that has nothithg to do with me telling that strategy of training youngsters is the best for me... because if prices are high they are both high for buyer and seller, right??? so still it's worth to train because you will get higher prices if you trained properly, right?? previously I thought you meant that market is crazy because for example you can buy youngster, train him for lets say 3 seasons, you are doing everything right, he grow a lot and then you selling him for half of starting price, but that sh... in 99% doesn't happen, right??
Noe Pasca bought for 56 000 £ sold for 1 816 800 £
Gorm Christensen bought for 4 001 £ sold for 1 004 550 £
Rick Singleton bought for 63 000 £ sold for 443 100 £
Maksymilian Płomyk bought for 1 001 £ sold for 400 050 £
Amadeusz Sorek bought for 16 001 £ sold for 296 400 £
Vincent Poponička bought for 66 000 £ sold for 332 625 £
Bernard Morawski bought for 36 000 £ £ sold for 741 000 £
so I spent on transfers: 242 000 £ and got from transfers(after2-3 seasons of training): 5 028 000
and still I have 3 players 21 years old: Florian Beteringhe, Torstein Hallan, Cezary Fodrowski which I've been training for about 3 seasons and I bought them for 438 000 £, they are already playing on high level, one even got to Norge U21, and I'm gonna sell them in 2 seasons for at least 2 000 000 £ each.
ok that's all I wanted to write. I still stay with my opinion that in game where You compete with others by level of your players the most important thing is to improve this players:)
anyway thanks for good discussion, hope it will let someone choose a right path;)

There are many paths to choose of course, as long as you are having fun.
Training players (16-18 starting age) was very rewarding for me for 3-4 years.
There were times I had 5 NT U21 in Greece (3 of them starting DEF)
I made money by keeping the best and selling the worst trainees (they were good for any team but slightly worst than my wonderkids)...
There were times I would buy a player, train him for a season and sell him for a million's profit... It takes time and devotion to a plan, and help from the community (I had all of that)...
In order to have the best possible results when it comes to training, you need to have te BEST possible Coaches and assistants. Not only Magical (that is the minimum for experienced teams) but also with the highest possible skill SUM (total) even in GK if you want your keeper to stay competitive or even pop KEEP.
The higher the wages the better the staff, usually....
(I was number 8 team in Greece for 2 seasons when I was competitive, without changing tactics, simply by starting games with my best 11 every time)
PS>
And when it comes to sponsors.... If you are winning, the sponsors and fans will continue paying thus helping you train better players, have better staff, etc...

Of course that for new team only path is training my first 2 season i was just training and did not care for the results so i guess we choose the same path :)
i care but nothing you can do about it when you face teams with 20 or more ratings above :)
one advice ignore the forum and concentrate on game with Serbia you still have chance to qualify and you need advice is better to talk about it but maybe on pvt.
not only 20 rating team though... still had to care about my team be sure of win this time,, so I can say i train and play for result, sorry...
and I'm prepared for Serbia, I think that everyone see that I'm in this qualification on 100% i dont know why you suggest something different...
anyway if You have any advice I;m opened to it
