I watched this game, for me you did everything possible and it was very close. in revenge you will get better result!

I had calmed down a little and we have to make the system of training much better .These examples include,from the previous week Poland was playing with Czech Republican and the players from Czech were trained by them.Im wondering if we can make the same plan for Scotland.I don't know how to do it but i will try to create a list of member who would like to be part of my project.Please if you want write your name down!

At this moment I don't want to commit to anything as I am not really putting any effort into the game just now , I have things going on in real life

Once I am able to commit I promise I will let you know , but as of now I'm training a few players up for pace , If I get youths I will use them in friendlies ok

Its not about spending 100% of this game in life but you can achieve something, what i mean is that everyone systematically will train their players and not just sell them when we get an quick opportunity, we have players that are old who are not giving much to the team this would be great to exchange these for much younger players who with some training will bring the team up and make more profit.This will give a more broader horizon for the team.It would be great if every wednesday we did some training of the players.

Im currently having contact with other managers who are training other Scottish players.The biggest lost is that we didnt have any keepers left but i organised it so that in the upcoming time we will have some new keepers near the goals.Im trying to currently make a list of Scottish players.Nether the less of the result of the elimination we have to train the most important players will be 16-18 years old who will in the future be part of the team.Im inviting you to help out with everything as well.
